DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Products are shipped regularly, within a maximum of 48 hours after your order.
Generally, orders are delivered within 5 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday).
To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking on the "view my order" link. You will find this link in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.
Note: tracking information usually appears about 4 days after dispatch.
After placing your order, you will receive a first confirmation email, then a second one indicating that your order has been shipped.
Please monitor your order tracking, as sometimes your order may be awaiting collection at the post office, even if a delivery notice was not left in your mailbox.
Good to know: the post office holds your package for 15 days, after which it is returned to the sender. You will then be asked for compensation to re-ship your order.
When you place your order, you have a two-hour window to cancel your order, via our contact form in the section. Once this period has passed, a refund can only be issued upon full receipt of your order at our premises.
This site cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
